We moved to "boutique" pricing in 2026, offering packages verses a' la carte pricing. We know that the cost of living is up, so we have decided to hold our rates steady. We will be continuing the same pricing in 2027!

The basic breakdown:
A. Our Magical Wedding $800 Package A is for the couple who want it all! You are seeking someone to help you select readings and unity ceremonies, someone who will help you write your vows or offer options for traditional vows. You are the couple who want a rehearsal that is coordinated like a Broadway show – no stones unturned, and all details worked out. In this package, you will meet with Diane via Zoom, go over every detail that you envision your ceremony to include, and let me get to work creating it. In this package, you will have a thorough rehearsal, and your ceremony will include two readings, two unity ceremonies, and filing of your marriage license in person by the officiant.
B. A Day to Remember $650 Package B is for the couple who are looking for a beautifully crafted ceremony that includes most of the features of Package A, but it only includes one reading and one unity ceremony instead of two. You receive the same great assistance as above, but your ceremony is less involved with the extras!
C. Let’s Just Get Married $600 Package C is for the couple who want a beautiful and memorable ceremony but are not interested in a lot of extras. In this package, you will receive the same personal service as package A & B, but it includes either one reading or one unity ceremony.
D. Sweet and Simple $450 Package D includes the same personal service as the previous packages; however, you will not have a rehearsal, and you will not have readings or unity ceremonies. In this package, you will have traditional vows selected by the officiant. This ceremony option is only for weddings with one or two bridal attendants on each side.
E. Elopement Package – Just the family - $400 Package E is for a small, intimate elopement with the couple and their two witnesses plus up to10 guests. You may write your own vows or use officiant selected vows. There is no rehearsal, and you may have one reading.
F. Elopement Package – Just the two of us -$375 Package F is for the smallest of ceremonies. This is for the couple who want to get married in the most intimate of ways. They are limited to 2 witnesses, and there will be no rehearsal. This ceremony will not have any unity ceremonies or readings.

My name is Diane Tremmel, and I am the owner of White Swan Wedding Services, an ordained minister, and someone who understands that details matter. I have a Master of Science degree, and I have decades of public speaking and professional writing experience. My attention to detail, and my organizational skills are exemplary. Since retirement in 2015, I have wanted to do something to make a difference and touch lives. After working as an event planner for residential communities in Florida and Green Bay, I became an ordained minister and found my calling in officiating weddings. Your wedding ceremony should be exactly as you dreamed it to be. At White Swan, we understand that your wedding date can be a date carefully selected by you for personal or emotional reasons. We realize that may mean a wedding date may fall on a holiday.
We do officiate on all Federal Holidays if available. If you wish to wed on any of the dates noted, an additional Holiday Fee of $150 will apply.

Frequently Asked Questions
The fees range from $375 and up. The exact quote will be provided during your consultation. The range takes into account whether you want a short and sweet elopement or vow renewal, or a more detailed ceremony for a large wedding.

Travel fees may also be applied based upon venue location.
Simply reach out to me via email. Just let me know whether you want a simple ceremony, or if you want for me to create a ceremony around your individual love story. If you want something simple, I will send you some questions to answer, and we will move forward. If you choose a more individualized ceremony, we can either meet via Zoom, or you can fill out a questionnaire designed to provide information regarding your love story. If you hire me as your Wedding Officiant, you will sign a contract and pay a 50% non-refundable retainer to secure your wedding date on my calendar. It's that easy!
Of course!!! Love is love, and we want EVERY couple, regardless of gender or sexual orientation, to have the perfect wedding! We would be delighted to officiate your same sex wedding.
We do NOT perform prison or jail weddings. Many officiants do, however, and they would be delighted to provide services to meet your needs. Your prison/jail chaplain or case manager may be able to provide names of officiants/chaplains/ministers for you to contact.
Absolutely!!! It is your wedding, and it should be perfect! If you want to write your own vows, please do! If you need assistance, I can recommend some standard vow language to you!
If you change the date of your wedding, I will look at my calendar to see if I am available on your new date. If so, we will simply make that adjustment on my calendar. You will be allowed one date change within one year of the original wedding date. If you change your dates multiple times, we will only apply the retainer to the first date change.
If your wedding is cancelled, or you decide to have someone else officiate your marriage after contract, your 50% non-refundable retainer will be forfeited.
This policy is necessary because when I reserve your wedding date on my calendar, it is yours. If you change your mind after contract, I may have declined another couple who wanted to be married on that date, thus losing business. This is an industry standard policy with most officiants.

Diane was so great to work with. We had our first zoom meeting with her and were so impressed with her right away. She was very organized and communicated with us multiple times. For our "unity ceremony" we didn't want to do the usual candle or sand type of thing, so she had suggested a wine blending ceremony which fit our personalities and interests so well. That was one of our favorite parts of our ceremony. Diane was able to keep our large bridal party in line and ran through our rehearsal the night before the wedding quickly and efficiently. You can tell Diane has done this many times before and is great at her job.

She really was able to wrangle our whole wedding party and it was the most thorough rehearsal I’ve been to. I was initially nervous about booking an officiant we didn’t personally know but felt so much comfort once we spoke with Diane. We received so many compliments on our ceremony and could not be happier with how it turned out. So much so that my brother is now using WSWS as the officiant for his wedding. Would highly recommend!

Diane did such a great job as our officiant. She was very responsive. We contacted her less than two weeks out from our wedding but was able to get everything done. We met via Zoom where she asked us questions to get to know us and what we wanted for the ceremony. She made sure we knew what we needed to do for our marriage license.
She provided us with some suggested readings she thought might fit what we wanted, and they did.
She showed up early to the ceremony and looked very professional. The script she personalized for us was beautiful. We wrote our own vows, but we had her read them after which we would repeat. The pauses during this part were perfect.
After the ceremony, she hand delivered the marriage license where it needed to go, and emailed us instructions.
Overall, we’re so happy that she was there for our wedding day to help guide us along and deliver a great experience!

Diane was an AMAZING officiant for our wedding. She was more prepared than I could have imagined and flexible when we had to move our ceremony to a different spot on the beach. An intimate ceremony on Lake Michigan was loud with the breeze and the waves but she had a microphone so everyone heard her well. Her communication skills are top notch and she wrote up a beautiful story for my husband and I on how we met. Watching back on our video she also had great eye contact with the groom and bride. You could tell she was more than happy to be there with us. Overall a great experience with a kind soul.

My husband and I wanted someone who we could connect with, who our guests could connect with, and someone who was organized and prepared to help us with all the sentimental and also legal steps to get married. Diane put together the MOST BEAUTIFUL ceremony that was both sentimental but comical which perfectly exemplified our relationship. From the beginning, she listened to our story and what spoke to us the most as a couple, even sending a list of religious and non-religious readings for us to choose from. I cannot say enough nice things about Diane and White Swan Wedding Services! Diane is amazing! We were stuck on what we wanted to do for our small family wedding. We knew we wanted an official ceremony, but didn't know where to start or what to do. Thankfully I found White Swan Wedding Services online and she was available for the wedding day. Diane listened to what we wanted and created the perfect script for us. The vows were perfect! Diane is so sweet and professional (her outfit was also super cute!).
